How do you handle disagreements or conflicts with colleagues?

 Focus on the ability to engage in respectful dialogue, present evidence-based arguments, and prioritize patient care.

 For example: "Believe in open and respectful communication. If there is a disagreement with a colleague's approach, present the viewpoint with supporting evidence and actively listen to their perspective to find common ground that ultimately benefits the patient."
