Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, handle bug resolution, and support system integrations.

Linux/Unix, shell scripting

Basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)

REST APIs, XML/JSON

Nginx / Apache

Java & Python (basic)

IDAM/PAM, LDAP/AD, AAA

SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RADIUS, Kerberos

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / BE (CS/IT or related)
